In conjunction with Karnival Hari Penyayang 2015 organized by Yayasan Sultanah Bahiyah , we are having Sempoi Session as part of the carnival! Sempoi Session is a homegrown event, developed by The Initiative. The concept is to kick-in more elements into a simple event through value-addition. Long gone the days that an event story ends at the end of a prize giving ceremony, Sempoi Session is the whole deal and the stories will last forever. On d 12th of April Picnic At The Park (#PITP) are organising an event called WHEELS4NOOBIES at Mont Kiara Skatepark. They would like to invite any bmx enthusiast to join the event and show off your skill. Wheels for Noobies is for those who never got around to learn what it is like to ride bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or anything on wheels (cars don't count guys!) Their aim is to create a fun environment where us newbies get to learn at our own pace, surrounded by people who are just like us! There will be a lot of wheels around on that day, and being Malaysians, a lot of food too ;) Besides than that, They are also bringing some special guests, underprivileged and the refugee children of Rohingyas from Baitul Hidayah and Madrasah Hashimiyyah. PITP hope that everybody could share the fun with these beautiful kids, so join in the fun! The folks at #PITP are a bunch of friends that enjoys doing fun-filled events catered to medically challenged and underprivileged children. As such, all of their events are graciously sponsored by the public and companies.
