Last month we went to Ragas Extreme Centre to check it our the new extreme sports facilities owned by Mr Tamizi from Crossmove company. It situated in Jerlun, Kedah, the Northern part of Malaysia. Approx 5 hours from KL city center. They have the only one in Malaysia indoor foam pit for riders to train air tricks. Good training facilities for riders who want to go further in BMX riding. They have a charge of RM10 for one whole day entry. Which is very affordable and worth it.
The Address TAMAN BAWAL, SIMPANG 3 KEMBOJA, 06150 JERLUN, KEDAH.
Malaysia had is 3rd wave of Covid-19 virus spread on October 2020. So some place that had been seriously effected gets another ‘soft lockdown’. We in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Putrajaya need to stay in our own district only, we cant go to other district. Many places closed. Restaurant can only be open until 10pm. and many more. So one day before the CMCO, all the riders went out to do some activities and before they cant to that for a certain period of time.
Two of the world’s most iconic BMX brands have teamed up yet again to release the Vans x CULT collection, a head-to-toe offering of apparel and footwear that reflects storied histories, Southern California roots, and a shared roster of BMX riders, including freestyle powerhouse and 2021 Olympic hopeful Angie Marino.
The collection leads with the Versa Hoodie in orange, featuring water-repellant STORM COTTON technology and printed CULT Checkerboard art down both sleeves. For Angie, the Versa is more than just another comfy staple in her collection of Vans x CULT collaborations: “I love that it has a Velcro pocket for your phone so when you’re riding or being active it won’t bounce out,” she said, adding that she always looks forward to what the two brands will create together.
The Versa pairs with a Vans x CULT BMX SS tee with Vans and CULT logos on the chest and CULT novelty graphics laid over Checkerboard on the back. That same Checkerboard design carries over to the Vans x CULT snapback hat, available in black with an orange Vans x CULT logo on the back.
Supporting the apparel, the Vans x CULT Old Skool BMX and Slip-On BMX are designed to perform at the level of the brands’ shared riders like Angie, Dakota Roche, and Sean Ricany, with Vans’ revolutionary Wafflecup BMX, a first-of-its-kind technology in BMX that delivers the best combination of pedal feel, support, and durability.
Since its inception in 2010, CULT has made an immense impact on the BMX industry, amassing over half a million IG followers with its straightforward and streamlined bike frame designs and high-quality bike parts. Robbie Morales founded CULT in Santa Ana, California, and today the brand shares 11 team riders with Vans, having partnered previously on several bestselling collaborations.
The Vans x Cult collection is now available at Vans retailers, selected authorized dealers and Vans.com.my
Vans and Cult have joined forces once again on the Old Skool Pro BMX, inspired by both brands’ storied histories in BMX. Part of a new head-to-toe Vans x CULT collection, the Old Skool Pro BMX brings together CULT’s iconic graphic details and styling with one of Vans’ most classic silhouettes.
Designed to perform at the level of shared team riders like Dakota Roche, Sean Richany, and Angie Marino, the shoe features Vans’ revolutionary WAFFLECUP BMX, a first-of-its-kind technology in BMX that delivers the best combination of support and durability without sacrificing pedal feel. Specifically designed and tested by and for BMXers, WAFFLECUP BMX features a herringbone underlayer that adds a second life beneath Vans’ classic gum rubber compound with a more rigid flex pattern, all reinforced like a tank.
In addition, best-in-class upgrades like PopCush technology—which snaps back and won’t pack, offering impact protection and custom energy return—and DURACAP reinforced underlays in high-wear areas, add unrivaled toughness to prolong the life of the shoe.
Vans x CULT Old Skool Pro BMX is offered in black with a suede and canvas upper that features CULT’s signature graphics on the outsole, as well as overlaid across Vans Checkerboard on the tongue label.
The Old Skool Pro BMX is supported by a CULT Slip-On Pro, as well as an apparel collection led by the Versa Hoodie with water-repellent STORM COTTON technology, and a Vans x CULT BMX SS tee and snapback hat available in matching black and orange colorways with Vans x CULT logo and custom graphics.
