Last Sunday we had the first BMX Park competition for the year 2021 at Sg Kantan Skatepark, Kajang. Even though we still under Movement Control Order (MCO) time, the organizer still manage to create a small event for our extreme sports enthusiast. We really missed BMX Competition a lot. Thanks to all riders who came over to support this event. Indirectly you are supporting our Malaysia BMX scene to grow bigger. Thanks guys.
Its great to see some new riders really improve a lot at this competition. Young blood like Rafiq Hashimi and Hadi really showing their talent in BMX riding. There are still more space for them to grow bigger and better.

Last month we went to Ragas Extreme Centre to check it our the new extreme sports facilities owned by Mr Tamizi from Crossmove company. It situated in Jerlun, Kedah, the Northern part of Malaysia. Approx 5 hours from KL city center. They have the only one in Malaysia indoor foam pit for riders to train air tricks. Good training facilities for riders who want to go further in BMX riding. They have a charge of RM10 for one whole day entry. Which is very affordable and worth it.
The Address TAMAN BAWAL, SIMPANG 3 KEMBOJA, 06150 JERLUN, KEDAH.
We started from just a simple idea of “what we should do after Botak Kuantan won Bronze medal at the Sea Games 2019 Philippine?” – We should create more Botak Kuantan! This is where the the idea of BMX101 : A BMX Freestyle Beginner Clinic came out. With a mission to create and produce more BMX Freestyle athletes in the future. With the full support from TODAK, we manage to organize BMX101 class at Kotak Hitam last Sunday.
It begin with registration process from 1pm and then at 2.30pm the class start with introduction to BMX. At 3.30pm we did a practical class together with some simple games for beginners ; Long jump and Balancing game. It was pretty intense competition among the riders even though it was just a fun BMX games. The long Jump game won by Khidir (Kid), 13 years old from Selangor and for the Balancing game won by Nur Qistina, 14 years old from Johor.
